The BIG print...
Each Snail Mail letter is sent First Class on the 14th of the month and hand delivered to our local postal distribution center here in Michigan.
Once your letter leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal service. While we can’t control what happens after that point, we can promise this: if a letter does not arrive, we want to know. We’re happy to resend one to two letters per customer if mail is lost. If issues continue beyond that, we may need to pause or cancel the subscription to avoid ongoing frustration.
At this time, we don’t offer refunds on Snail Mail subscriptions. However, we truly care about the experience your child is having. If something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to make it right and bring a little joy back to the mailbox.
