The BIG print...

Your snail mail will be sent first class on the 14th of the month, and hand-delivered to our local postal distribution center in Michigan. While we can guarantee our part in the delivery process, we cannot guarantee that the post office will not lose your mailing. If this happens, we want to know. We will resend one to two letters per customer, but if the issue persists beyond that, we may need to cancel your subscription.

At this time, we do not offer refunds on snail mail subscriptions, but we will do everything in our ability to make your snail mail recipient as happy as can be. That's our guarantee.
